I am a qualified counsellor based in Rochester, Kent, with many years of experience supporting people facing extremely difficult personal challenges.
My working life has been spent supporting people from many walks of life. I have worked with homeless people and ex-offenders for most of my career which has taught me a lot about how to help people with mental health struggles, addictions and offending behaviours, as well as the trauma that is often at the core of these issues.
More recently I have managed an ADHD/autism service for families. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent clients. I understand the unique challenges they face on a daily basis.
I am also passionate about supporting women through peri-menopause and mid-life changes. This is a time of life that many women (and men!) find challenging.
I really enjoy working with people of all ages, and backgrounds. Everyone has their own unique story. I am waiting to hear yours.
I have more than 26 years of experience supporting people through both front line work and management of services. I have dedicated my life to helping people feel listened to, so they feel better and live more fulfilling lives.
