What is counselling?
Counselling is a safe, objective place where you can talk openly.
You are the most important person in the room, and I am completely invested in you.
I am a qualified, skilled therapist located in Rochester, Kent, who is trained to listen and support. It’s my job to create a comfortable, safe environment where you can relax and share with me how you feel.
Your sessions can be in person, on the phone, or online, whatever is your preference.
You can receive support over just a few sessions or for multiple sessions over years, the choice is yours.
I consider myself to be intuitive, empathic and gentle in how I work with my clients. Each session is taken at your pace. The sessions are led by you, to your agenda.
In your session, I may incorporate some aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy (about thought patterns) and mindfulness if this is helpful for you.
